We offer a variety of classes, including restorative practices to soothe and stabilize the nervous system, practices to steady the mind and focus attention, and energy work that electrifies life force energy. Through continued practice, students develop tools to empower their life, along with an incredibly strong, resilient, body. 

Hatha Yoga includes the practice of postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), which help prepare your body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation, while bringing peace to your mind and body. Create a strong relationship with your practice and to connect deeper with your intention. Great for all levels.

In this class we will focus on awakening the Kundalini, through meditation, pranayam, asana and mantra. The practice of Kundalini Yoga will leave you grounded relaxed yet energized and focused. Kundalini Yoga balances them and brings us to happiness.

In this class you will master various breathing techniques to fulfill different needs. Whether you're looking to improve your energy, focus, mindfulness, manage anxiety or sleep better.

The beginner class series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this series is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses. Beginner level/Basic.

Class begins by opening the body to receive the healing sounds of the Gongs with some gentle stretches, breath work, mantras, or Kundalini Meditations. Followed by meditation and relaxation, laying down while we are being tune by the sounds of the gong or gongs. Gong meditation is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about healing.

This class is for students looking to take their practice to the next level or for more advanced yogis. The lesson will be more athletic and move through asana at a fast pace, with very little instruction. While moving in and out of arm balances and inversions, the student can expect this session to increase stamina and strength.

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. The practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels.

In this class you will be guided through a detailed visual meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation. Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice that is done entirely lying down.
